Receipt survey versus general feedback
A receipt invitation connects feedback to a particular store visit. Without its survey ID, you may not be able to open that questionnaire.
Use official customer service instead
You can still share a compliment, complaint, accessibility issue, store concern, or service problem through CVS’s official customer-service channels.
Do not invent transaction details
Provide the store location, approximate date and time, and a clear description only when you know them. Do not guess receipt numbers or use another person’s code.
Alternate sweepstakes entry
If an active promotion offers a no-purchase route, the current official rules will explain it. An alternate entry method is not the same as completing the customer-experience survey.
